Did you purchase a new Shred Rope and have no idea how long it should actually be to maximise your skipping efforts? Or have you found yourself tripping over your rope way more than you're supposed to be? Chances are your rope is either too long or too short in comparison with your length. So how long should rope be?
HOW TO SIZE YOUR ROPE
Step onto the centre of the rope with your feet together. Pull the rope handles up. For beginners, the ends of the handles should end at the bottom of the chest level. For advanced jumpers, they end at the bottom of the ribs.
